The PG Department of Commerce conducted a FUZON 21 Open Competitions Programme of Merchando Club 21 for all Yuvakshetra students. The main vision of this programme was to inculcate a participation talent among students. We have organized a One Day Programme called “FUZON 21”. The Chief Guest of the day is Mr. Santhosh Kesav, Play back singer and Music Director, Palakkad. Through this Programme, we entertained our students through various culturals for B.Com and BBA students. In this Day, 8 food stalls and 3 different programmes have been conducted for students.

SESSION : 1
The Programme started at 10am with 3 events as a part of “FUZON 21”. In this we have invited all departments to participate. The various programmes are:
1. Best Manager
2. Marketing Buzz
3. Debate
These programmes have been conducted in symphony auditorium and basket ball court of Yuvakshetra. The judges are from various departments. Both BBA & B.Com department students have been participated in various programmes. Upto 12.30pm we have conducted these events.
FOOD STALLS
Almost 8 food stalls have been arranged by our students. In this, students have made some home made food items which were ready to sale for students as a part of marketing. This opportunity is given for students to know the talents of marketing concepts.
FUZON 21 focussed to give entertainments for students. Games and fun always aims to give extra knowledge and talent to students. All games and events have been divided to club co ordinators for smooth functioning in FUZON 21.
CHARITY- RICE DISTRIBUTION
The PG Department of Commerce along with YIMS management entered in to a charity activity on the same day of FUZON 21 . We have given 50kg rice to Karunyadeepam Trust, in which the HIV patients are suffering . This institute is situated in Palakkad district.
SESSION 2
VALEDICTORY FUNCTION OF MERCHANDO CLUB 2020-21 & INTERACTION WITH Mr. Santhosh Kesav, Play back singer & Music Director
The Programme started at 2pm with a prayer by Mr. Jaideep R Pisharody. Next a welcome address given by Ms. Anju.E (Asst Professor of Commerce) . Then the club presented a videos by stating all the 6 events of the Merchando Club 20-21 of Department Of Commerce.
The President of the Club, Dr. Tomy Antony Principal, YIMS explained the club activities and appreciated the club members of Merchando Club 2020-21. Our Director, Dr. Mathew George Vazhayil gave a keynote address for the Programme and gave a strong support to the club team. The Director congratulated the PG Department of Commerce for the great effort taken to such an endevour for the students.
Then the Chief Guest of the Day is Mr. Santhosh Kesav, Play back Singer and Music Director of Palakkad inaugurated the session and interacted with students with a beautiful song . The guest explained and congratulated the activities of Merchando Club of Deprtment of Commerce.
Later, our Vice Principal, Dr. Lalu Olikkal gave a felicitation of the programme and gave a message to the students about the importance of forming clubs in colleges to cultivate business ideas among students. Then the session was hand over to the HOD, Dr.Matilda Danny for a felicitation message and she congratulated the club for taking the pain to the effort of engaging students in entertainments also.
After that the chief guest Mr. Santhosh Kesav interacted with Yuvakshetra students .
The students gave a nice musical treat to the guest. The Guest gave a brief explanation to the music sense among students. The main focus was given to ask questions and doubts related to music by the students and the guest cleared their doubts in a wise and gentle way.
Then the Prize Distribution of the 3 events of programme was done by the chief guest :
Next the session was given to Ms. Keerthi. M.S(Asst Professor and Programme Co ordinator) appreciated the 4 members of Merchando Club.
