REPORT
The alumni meet of Dept of Computer Science( Reminiscence) was conducted on 30/09/2020, the meeting started at 10.00 am. The main aim of the alumni meet was to congratulate Ms. Liji Mathew (Student Dept of Computer Science 2017-2020 batch) for securing 5th rank in the Calicut University and to give her a token of apprecitiation from the Alumni. The introductory speech was given by Ms Gopika K (Student Dept of Computer Science 2016-19 batch).The welcome speech was delivered by Ms Meena Jose Komban, HoD Dept of Computer Science. Dr. Tomy Antony Principal Yuvakshetra college presided the meeting and delivered the presidential address. The keynote address was delivered by Rev. Dr. Mathew George Vazhayil Director Yuvakshetra college. Rev. Dr. Lalu Olikkal Vice Principal Yuvakshetra college and Mr. Noel James (Student Dept of Computer Science 2014-17 batch) delivered the Felicitation speech. A cash prize was awarded to Ms. LIji Mathew from the Alumni. Ms. Liji delivered the reply speech. The vote of thanks was delivered by Mr. Manu Mathai (Student Dept of Computer Science 2014-17 batch).
The meeting was concluded with an interaction Session with the teachers and the Alumni .Teachers who worked at Dept of Computer Science at various period also took part in the interactive session . There were around 70 participants on this program. Ms.Raji N, Assistant Professor, Computer Science was the Coordinator of this program. Program was a great success because of the active participation and sharing of joyable collection of past memories.
