REPORT:
The Department of Computer Science has inaugurated the club “BITS AND BYTES” on 11-12-2020. The main vision of this club is to promote students centric activities and to explore ideas, talents of department students. The club was inaugurated by Dr.T.V.Sajeev, Senior Principal Scientist, KFRI, Thrissur.
The Whole Students from Department of Computer Science (B.Sc & BCA) from three years participated in the session. The Inauguration was hosted in G-suit Account of Yuvakshetra college and also live streaming was made using YouTube channel of Computer Science Department of the College.
Program started at 2 PM with a welcome address by Mr.Akshay Krishna Of IIIrd B.Sc.CS and Presidential Address was delivered by Rev. Dr. Mathew George Vazhayil (Director, YIMS). The Logo Launch and Inauguration was made by the Honourable Guest Dr.T.S.Sajeev. Felicitation speech was delivered by Rev.Dr.Lalu Olikkal, Vice Principal, Ms.Meena Jose Komban, HoD and Mr.Praveen.S, Club Coordinator. Ms.Nighitha.K.R. Of II BCA Proposed Votes of thanks and the segment concluded by 2.50PM.
