The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and Placement Cell, Yuvakshetra Institute of Management Studies (YIMS), in association with Section B.Com Computer Applications, successfully organized the second day of the Two-Day Placement Programme, “The Next Step: From Aspirations to Achievements,” on 30 July 2026 at Sapienza Hall. The programme was inaugurated by Mr. Nikhil Krishna S., EA (IRS Enrolled Agent), Associate 1 at one of the Big Four firms, author, public speaker, and B.Com CA Alumnus (2021–2024). The presidential address was delivered by Rev. Dr. Joseph Olikkalkoonal, Vice Principal, YIMS, while Ms. Rajitha Rajendran R., Section Head, B.Com CA, offered the felicitation. Mr. Nikhil conducted an inspiring session on “Survival of the Fittest: Building Your Professional Identity,” highlighting the importance of personal branding, adaptability, communication skills, and continuous learning in today’s competitive corporate environment. The interactive session encouraged students to develop a strong professional identity and confidently prepare for successful careers.
