The Department of Computer Application, YIMS, in association with IQAC and WDC, organized a session on “Cyber Crimes” on 20 th February 2026 at 2.00 PM in Sapienza Hall. The session was led by Adv. Shahbaz M, Assistant Legal Aid Defence Counsel, LADCS,
Palakkad. He explained various forms of cyber crimes, legal provisions, and preventive measures to ensure online safety. The talk was informative and interactive, helping students understand the importance of digital awareness and responsible use of technology.
