NSS volunteers of YIMS, Sree G. Aadhithia (II B.Sc. Geography), Alan A. M. (II B.Com Finance) and Adhithya P. S. (II B.Sc. Psychology), actively participated in the District-level ‘Red Run’ long-distance running competition and HIV/ AIDS awareness programme on 30th July 2026. Organized for college students in observance of International Youth Day 2026, the event was jointly hosted by the District Medical Office (Health) and the District AIDS Control Society, at Government Medical College Ground, Palakkad. NSS Programme Officer Mr. Midhun M and Assistant Programme Officer Ms. Hema S accompanied the student participants and actively assisted in the coordination and organization of the event.
