GREEN CAMPUS CAMPAIGN
“Just as Green Environment is a must for today’s world as a solution to all natural problems, a Green Mind is a necessity of the timeâ€, said Dr. Abdul Basheer, Vice Chancellor of University of Calicut at Yuvakshetra College while inaugurating the GCC year- long celebration of the university in connection with its Golden Jubilee Celebration. Previously people were protecting the nature but at present contrary to that attitude they started destroying it. He said in the meeting, “it is the plan of the university as it was decided in the syndicate meeting to make, all the campus of the Calicut University GREEN. In the meeting, several syndicate members (name) and dignitaries of different realms of life like….. were present. Rev.Fr.Cherian Anjilimoottil, the Director of Yuvakshetra College, welcomed all to the meeting and Mr. Tomy Antony, the Principal thanked all.
